When do I become eligible for medical benefits?
Upshifters are eligible to enroll in medical benefits after their first payday.
How do I enroll?
After your first payday, you will receive a text message and email with a link to the enrollment page containing additional details. You have 6 days to waive coverage. If you do not respond within the 6-day enrollment period, you will be enrolled in medical insurance automatically.
Employee Contribution
After coverage starts, your employee contribution will be deducted from your pay weekly.
If you do not work during a given week, you are able to pay via the online EBA portal directly.
