All unpaid breaks are automatically logged as part of a shift. Upshifters do not need to clock out at the beginning of their break and clock back in at the end of their break. Upshifters should clock in when they arrive at the shift and clock out when they leave the shift.
If a business has an unpaid break listed in the shift description, you must take the break that is listed.
Be sure to read the shift description of any shift carefully because all companies on the Upshift platform are required to list any unpaid breaks.
