You can access your Upshift W-2 by registering or logging into your Paylocity account using our Company ID, which is 42090. Once you've logged in to your Paylocity account, you can follow the steps below:

FOR THE APP:

Tap the menu at the bottom left, and choose "Pay." Next, tap "Tax Forms" at the bottom-right of your screen, and choose the year(s). Finally, tap the envelope icon at the top-right to send this info to an email address. You'll be prompted to create a password for the PDF by default.

FOR DESKTOP:

After you log in to Paylocity, choose "Employee Payroll File" under "Employees" in the top menu bar.

Select the "Pay" tab,

Click "Tax Forms," and choose the year(s). Next, you'll choose to either password-protect the document or waive the protection, and then you can view the PDF file.
