You can access your Upshift W-2 by registering or logging in to your Paylocity account using our Company ID, which is 42090. Once you've logged in to your Paylocity account, you can follow the steps below:
On the App
Log in using company code 42090.
Tap Pay at the bottom menu.
Tap Tax Forms.
Select the year, then tap W-2.
On Desktop
Log in at access.paylocity.com (Company ID 42090).
Go to Employees → Current Check (or Employees → Person Record → Pay tab → Tax Forms).
Toggle to Tax Forms, select the year, and view or download your W-2.
