ON THE APP:

STEP 1: Open the Paylocity app. You have the option to choose "Help" or forgot Password. If you cannot remember the Company ID or your Username, click "Help."

STEP 2: After clicking on "Help," it will take you to this screen. This can help you recover the Username, Company ID, and/or reset your Password. Please choose accordingly.

ON DESKTOP:

STEP 1: Navigate to https://access.paylocity.com/

STEP 2: Select the "Help" button at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 3: This will display a screen-over to the right to recover the Username, Company ID, and/or reset your Password. Please choose accordingly.
