Reliability Rating

The reliability rating included with your Upshift profile is calculated using all cancellations of confirmed shifts (Including confirmed shifts canceled more than 24 hours before the start time), strikes received, and successfully worked shifts. Canceling a confirmed shift within 24 hours of the start time has a greater negative impact than cancellations of confirmed shifts made more than 24 hours before the start time.

You can view your up-to-date version of your reliability rating through your Upshift profile and by clicking on ‘More’ for additional information.

High Score:

  • You will have early access to shifts, more matched shifts, and suggested opportunities if you maintain a high Reliability Rating.

  • You can also start a streak by completing shifts without receiving strikes or canceling confirmed shifts.

Medium Score:

  • You can improve your access by completing shifts without strikes.

  • Once you reach a score of 88 or higher and maintain it, you will unlock early access and more matched and suggested shifts.

Low Score:

  • There will be limited access to shifts until your Reliability Rating has been improved through reliable performance.

  • You will only see shifts starting in less than 24 hours that are not filled and any shift by a business that has favorited you.

New Upshifters:

  • New Upshifters are in the Introductory Period and do not have a Reliability Rating yet.

  • You will have full access to shifts but limited matched and suggested shifts.

  • Once you reach 5 completed punch cards, you will receive a Reliability Rating. Which will help you unlock more shift recommendations based on your score.
