Badges are add-ons you can earn on your Upshift profile. They can indicate an achievement, such as Novice Upshifter, Beginner Upshifter, or Master Upshifter. You can also earn badges by adding certifications to your profile — just message our customer support team a picture of your certificate to have it added.
Some badges, such as one indicating an Upshifter has passed a background check, can be required by businesses to apply for shifts they post on the Upshift platform.
While you can't obtain these certifications through Upshift directly, you can find certification courses online. Here are two common certification websites to get you started:
