Upshift takes the health and safety of our Upshifters very seriously. The new requirements updated by the Centers for Disease Control are if anyone has tested positive for COVID-19 no longer need to self-isolate for 5 days.

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have come in contact with anyone who has COVID-19, or tested positive for COVID-19, you can cancel your shift and reach out to documentation@upshiftwork.com with relevant and official medical documentation. The documentation must contain a seal, signature, phone number, and/or email so that the document can be verified. The documentation must be received within 72 hours of the shift start time otherwise we will be unable to accept it. Medical Documentation can be emailed to documentation@upshiftwork.com or faxed to 513-586-0218. Submitting documentation does not guarantee it will qualify to waive strikes received. Documentation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
