If this is a life-or-limb-threatening injury, immediately call 911.
If it is not a life-or-limb injury, you should immediately report the injury to the on-site manager. You should then call Service at 866-204-0683. You should use a smartphone, tablet, or computer to do this if possible.
A nurse from Service will then speak with you over the phone. For small injuries like minor cuts, they will be able to assist you with a phone call only. For any injury that requires medical attention, they will direct you to a nearby medical provider and let them know you are coming.
You should then message Upshift through the Help Center to let us know what happened.
YOU SHOULD NEVER GO TO A MEDICAL PROVIDER WITHOUT CALLING SERVICE UNLESS THE INJURY IS OF A LIFE OR LIMB NATURE.
For Shifts in Ohio
