You do not need to be vaccinated in order to be on Upshift, but some clients now require you to be vaccinated in order to work their shifts. Shifts that require vaccinations will say so in the shift description.

Shifts may offer an alternative to the vaccine requirement by accepting a negative COVID test taken within a specified number of days prior to the shift start date. The shift description must explicitly state if negative COVID tests are accepted in place of the vaccine.

If you are accepted and confirmed for a shift that requires the vaccine and you are not vaccinated, you MUST cancel the shift as soon as possible. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action.
