The programs and services contained within the Live Life Healthy plan are a combination of telemedicine, screening, testing, coaching, and much more. It includes many of the most important tools you need to live a healthier life in a convenient, user-friendly, pre-tax package at Zero Net Cost.

You can access your online employee portal through their website at https://livelifehealthy.com/. Once on the site, you can click the Employee Login button on the top right.
You will then enter your email address to login in or click the sign-up tab.
