Please follow these steps to change the location settings on your iOS device:
Open the "Settings" app on your iOS device.
Scroll down and tap on "Privacy."
Select "Location Services" from the list.
You will see a list of apps that have requested access to your location. To adjust the Upshift app's settings, tap on it
Choose the desired location access option: "While Using the App" to allow access only when the app is open or "Always" to grant unrestricted access.
Please make sure the precise location is turned ON.
Exit the Settings app, and the changes will take effect in 2 minutes.
Relaunch the Upshift app.

Open the "Settings" app on your Android device.
Scroll down and tap on "Apps & notifications" (The exact name may vary depending on your device).
Locate and select the Upshift app.
Tap on "Permissions"
Look for "Location" or "Location access" and tap on it.
Choose the desired location access option: Allow all the time" to provide unrestricted access.
Please make sure the precise location is turned ON.
Exit the Settings app
Relaunch the Upshift app.
