You cannot change your tax information on the app. You will have to go to Paylocity on the Internet on your mobile device or use a Desktop computer.
How Do I Update My Tax Information?
You can update your federal tax withholding directly in Paylocity.
Log in at access.paylocity.com (Company ID 42090).
Go to Employees → Person Record.
Click the Pay tab → Tax Setup.
Find Federal Income Tax (FITW) and click the pencil (Edit Tax) icon.
Update your filing status, dependents, or extra withholding as needed, then save.
Note:
Changes can take 24–48 business hours to take effect.
