You can't register until your first payday — specifically, 12pm Tuesday of the week your first paycheck is issued (the Friday after the Monday–Sunday period you worked your first shift).
On the Website (mobile or desktop)
Go to access.paylocity.com.
Click Register New User.
Select I don't have a passcode.
Enter Company ID 42090 and the required information.
Create a username and password (remember these for later).
Optionally set up security questions, or skip.
On the App
Download the Paylocity app (iOS/Android).
Tap Register New User.
Enter your phone number and request a code.
Enter the code once received.
Enter your Social Security number and birthdate.
Once registered, you can view pay stubs, update direct deposit, update tax info, and access your W-2.
